Important Health Considerations
Your safety and well-being are our priorities. Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone, particularly if you have certain health conditions. Please inform us prior to your consultation if you have any of the following:

• Diabetes
• Heart disease
• Immune disorder
• Bleeding disorder
• Mobility issues
• Skin disorders
• History of organ transplant
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

During the online booking process, you'll be asked health-related questions to ensure permanent makeup is a safe and appropriate option for you. This information also helps Lana personalize your treatment plan and provide the best possible care.

 Lana's artistry is so sought-after that clients travel from across the country to experience her transformative touch. Many fly into Chicago's O'Hare Airport in the morning and depart in the evening after their procedure

According to Illinois State law:                                             

•  Persons under 18 may not be tattooed, regardless of parent permission. 
• It is illegal for anyone under 18 to enter or remain on the tattoo establishment's premises. 

 

Telephone Consultation 30 min- $35  (deducted from the cost of the procedure)

• Please text or email Lana a clear photos of your face, facing forward, with and without makeup prior to your consultation 
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or to reschedule 
•  $35 fee will become non-refundable if consultation is not cancelled at least 24 hrs in advance
• Please text or email us to cancel or to reschedule an appointment.

Tattooing is prohibited:

1. On a person who  appears to be incapacitated by the use of alcohol or drugs;
2. On persons who show signs of intravenous drug use;
3. On persons with sunburn or other skin diseases or disorders such as HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis B and C
4. On open lesions, rashes, wounds, puncture marks in areas of treatment;
5. On persons under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent
