Minimum 7 days notice is required to reschedule an appointment in order to keep deposit, except in the event of hazardous driving conditions during the winter

Attention: Customers with following health problems should not get a tattoo  

• those who are under 18 years old ( not even with parental consent)
• pregnant
• Trying to become pregnant
• breastfeeding 
• diabetes (insulin dependent and poorly controlled diabetes with above normal  A1C test results) will need Doctor's written clearance
• epilepsy-
• hemophilia 
• heart disease (will need Doctor's written clearance)
• uncontrolled blood pressure ( will need Doctor's written clearance)
• taking blood thinners ( anticoagulant medications)
• currently undergoing cancer treatment
• kidney or liver problems
• Dialysis
• organ transplant
• HIV, AIDS
• Hep B, Hep c
• history of VRE or MERSA
• facial sunburn 
• facial skin infection or severe facial breakout
• those who are taking immune suppressant medications, including continuous use of steroids ( for example Prednisone) 
• weak immune system
• recently (less than 2 weeks ago) had Botox or facial fillers
• recently took Accutane less than 12 months ago
• Those who recently had their lips injected or used certain fillers (precaution for Lips tattoo only)
• glaucoma (can't have an eyeliner tattoo without checking with an eye doctor first)
• recent eye surgery ( can't have an eyeliner tattoo right away, will need Doctor's written clearance)
